Rules and Regulations
All those who intended under the shadow of Gwader Cricket Academy, Gwadar By-laws shall strictly
observe the following procedure or code of conduct:
Respect the rights, self-respect and worth of every person within the context of Cricket,
Treat everyone equally, without any discriminations as gender, disability, race, ethnic origin,
nationality, colour, religious belief, class or social background, political belief.
Display high standards of behaviour and keeps the Academy interest first while taking the
decisions or actions also respecting the decisions of officials.
No player or member of the Academy shall be liable to face any penalty, ban or sanction from other academy,
association or organization which has not any formal bye-laws.
No player shall be allowed to play in representative /association or other combined team without permission
of the Academy.
Using language or signals that seriously offends race, religion, colour, descent or national or
ethnic origin shall not allowed.
No player shall transferred/registered from the Academy to another Academy unless and until he
has obtained a financial/other written clearance from the Academy.
No player shall allow transferring his registration during the period in which he is registered in the
Academy.
If a player is called for a national duty before the start of the domestic match he will not be nominated
in the playing XI and substitute player shall be allowed for play.
Not smoke, drink or use banned substances whilst actively working with players in an open
environment which may cause of disrepute of acdemy.
Players must inform the selection committee on or before selection meetings if they are unavailable
for the selection.
Players who become unavailable after teams have been selected must inform his secretary and the captain
of the team for which they have been selected immediately, by phone or physical appearance.
Players who fail to turn up for a game will be asked to provide an explanation to the selection
committee and if this is deemed unacceptable may be subject to suspension or any other sanction deemed
appropriate.
All players shall face accountability and disciplinary committee or other committees when and
where required for enquiry procedures of smooth, transparent and fair trial or witness.
No Academy /club shall have the right to register or give playing rights or entertain as a guest
player the defaulter player of the Academy.
A player who has been selected to play in the representative (regional, district, city or local,
combined etc.) team then pulls out can play for the Academy.
The Academy shall fight for the right of the individuals, players and officials without any discrimination.
Player shall be registered for all formats and kinds of cricket.
Player shall be registered for an additional period.
Players shall appear in trials/trainings prior selection to the final squad.
All players must accept the decisions made by the captain on the pitch without any question or argument.
No any individual shall use or change the name of the Academy.
The National/Provincial or representative selected players shall submit a detailed tour
report to secretary for further necessary action or information and Record.
No lobbing shall allow among the players or officials.
Recognise good performance for better talent not just match results.
Respect the Young Players opinions when making decisions about their participation in Cricket.
Attend appropriate training to keep up to date with their responsibilities, role and modern changes
in the field of cricket for giving better service to the Academy.
Place the well-being and safety of players and members above the development of performance.
